I BET WE Could do some good work together.

“Nothing that is human is alien to me.”

Someone committed that thought to paper a couple thousand years ago, and it captures the attitude of dynamic therapy well: anything can be said and everything can be compassionately understood in the privacy of the therapy room.

This is a depth psychology, which recognizes that past experiences interact with how we view the world today—although we may not be aware of it. It emphasizes empathic introspection and creating self-awareness, which leads to action and lasting change.

If you’re wondering whether therapy can help, I can tell you that I have seen dynamic therapy help many clients and patients with a great variety of issues, so if you are willing to put in the work, it can probably help you as well. We could certainly meet to see if it feels like a good fit and take it from there.
